Tenth Viking Charge [ Video]

[Astrid is carefully setting a series of pokemon eggs into a little pile as the camera turns on. She glances over at the camera as she finishes, and then back to the pile, doing a quick count before.]

Okay, so, apparently my pokemon finally decided to dump a bunch of eggs on me. Well, more than just a bunch of sheep anyway. And hey, this time we can give those away!

Unless they change their mind.

Anyway. [She dusts her hands off.] If anyone wants them, they're for sale, there are...[She's really not as good at this as Hiccup.] Some birds, some sheep, a couple shinx, and I think...that's a whale egg.

Because that makes perfect sense.

Anyway, let me know. Otherwise I'll probably just donate them to that breeding place.

Nothing makes sense here. Nothing at all. Animals don't behave any laws of nature and I heard that one is supposed to be a refrigerator and that is just absurd. And yet I almost believe it.

[Hiccup's got three Flaaffy next to him, and all three look alright with letting these eggs go to new homes. The little Shinx, Brightwire, might be more intent on keeping them, standing watch over them and...bleating. Because he is a sheep.]

So far, I think we're good! No electric shocks, no rampaging sheep...

[Astrid just looks amused.]

...He still thinks he's a sheep?

Ye-ah, not really sure how I can go about solving that problem? I really thought he would have noticed, what with Shockflock and Sheara evolving...

[Hiccup looks pretty doubtful, though, as he goes over to give the cub a scritch behind the ear.]

He seems pretty happy, though, thinking he's a Mareep. And I guess it's not surprising, since he was the only Shinx egg that time. [Pause.] I really hope these ones don't think they're sheep, too.

[Sorry, you might hear this question a lot today, but... Confused Winry is very confused. Winry, do you even know what a whale is?]

Right, and once again this world's so called logic is as stupid as ever. Should be used to it by now.

[Maybe she should consider this, because she's been looking for a new water monster type.]

You should've seen it hatch. Nothing about that made sense either.

[Astrid is still a little put off by Ball. She hadn't known what the egg was until it suddenly burst into a whale.]

Dare I even ask...? I think I could imagine the situation if I tried, considering how many Pokémon I've raised from eggs. But that's still weird.

Maybe not, but I'd be worried if people weren't at least a little surprised to hear a whale laid an egg. [ A beat. ] You said you have some birds up for grabs?

[ Although the idea of whales laying eggs becoming a normal thing is a bit... strange, to say the least. Give her a quick second to look those two Pokemon up on her 'Dex. ]
