Route_29: Pokemon Roster.

Tuskgrinder the Haxorus
Sex: Male
Type: Dragon
Egg Group: Monster and Dragon
Level: 100
Moveset: 1 Scratch // 4 Leer // 7 Assurance // 10 Dragon Rage // 13 Dual Chop // 16 Scary Face // 20 Slash // 24 False Swipe // 32 Dragon Dance // 36 Taunt // 42 Dragon Pulse // 50 Sword Dance // 58 Guillotine // 66 Outrage // 74 Giga-Impact
Tutor: Dragon Pulse // Aqua Tail
Ability: Mold Breaker
Personality: Tuskgrinder was originally a very outgoing pokemon, but as he grew up and evolved, he became more and more shy, somewhat embarrassed by how large he's become. He tends to stick to himself or with Astrid's other pokemon, and avoids people whenever possible. The only time he ever seems to not mind what he looks like is when he is battling. Astrid tries to let him be, but sometimes it can be frustrating.

Fuzzball the Sentret
Sex: Female
Type: Normal
Egg Group: Field
Level: 100
Moveset: 1 Scratch // 1 Foresight // 4 Defense Curl // 7 Quick Attack // 13 Fury Swipes // 16 Helping Hand // 19 Follow Me // 25 Slam // 29 Rest // 31 Sucker Punch // 36 Amnesia // 40 Baton Pass // 47 Hyper Voice
TMs: Flamethrower
Tutor: Ice Punch // Thunder Punch
Ability: Keen Eye
Personality: Astrid caught Fuzzball on a whim, to see if she could figure out how pokeballs worked. The little pokemon was immediately friendly, if very, very vain, and paraded around for the pokegear when she asked people if she was worth keeping. Since then, she has rapidly become one of Astrid's closest pokemon, and also one of her best fighters. Astrid typically has her out of her egg, and she can often be found riding around on the viking teen's shoulder or head. She's still just as vain as ever, if not worse now that she's proven just how good she is.
Even if she is never going to evolve. Ever. Because ew.

Crackletail the Luxray
Sex: Male
Type: Electric
Egg Group: Field
Level: 100
Moveset: 1 Tackle // 5 Leer // 28 Swagger // 35 Thunder Fang // 56 Discharge // 63 Wild Charge
Egg Moves: Thunder Fang // Charge // Spark // Bite // Roar // Swagger // Crunch // Scary Face
Tutor: Iron Tail
Ability: Intimidate
Personality: Crackletail was the first egg Astrid received as a gift, and one of the earliest pokemon that really acted like an animal for her. He was friendly and affectionate but still acted a lot like a puppy or cat. He's a bit on the aggressive side, and tends to 'play' with anything that seems large enough to rough house with him. He is also very protective of Astrid and her pokemon, and has developed a rather strong attachment to his recently acquired children, three Mareep that Astrid has, and two mareep and a shinx that Hiccup has.

Name: Meatball the Pidgeot
Sex: Female
Type: Normal/Flying
Egg Group: Flying
Level: 100
Moveset: 1 Tackle // 5 Sand-Attack // 9 Gust // 13 Quick Attack // 17 Whirlwind // 23 Twister // 27 Featherdance // 32 Agility // 38 Wing Attack // 44 Roost // 50 Tailwind // 56 Mirror Move // 63 Air Slash // 68 Hurricane
Tutor: Heat Wave
HMs: Fly
Ability: Keen Eye
Personality: Meatball is a very easy-going pokemon, which is especially good since Astrid basically named her 'Fat' because she looked like a pudgy little bird and she thought it was funny. She enjoys flying and fighting but is just as happy curled up asleep or sitting around doing nothing, though she tends to be a bit of a pecker at things (like buildings and trees) and gets antsy when dinner is late.

Flamefur the Arcanine
Sex: Male
Type: Fire
Egg Group: Field
Level: 100
Moveset: 1 Bite // 1 Roar // 6 Ember // 8 Leer // 14 Oder Sleuth // 17 Helping Hand // 20 Flame Wheel // 25 Reversal // 28 Fire Fang // 31 Flame Burst // 34 Takedown // 39 Crunch // 43 Outrage // 51 Heat Wave // 56 Flare Blitz
TM: Flamethrower
Tutor: Heat Wave
Ability: Flash Fire
Personality: Flamefur is almost as energetic as crackletail, but rather than constantly want to be fighting and rushing about, he wants to play. All the time, all day, every day. Play with the ball, play with the stick, play with the pokemon, play play play! He hates sitting still, he almost never stops moving, he even runs in his dreams. He likes battling, but he isn't always the best pokemon at paying attention to battling, and is crazy easy to distract. Astrid still lets him fight, but usually he just runs around being a cheerleader for her other pokemon.

Slither the Dragonair
Sex: Male
Type: Dragon
Egg Group: Water 1 and Dragon
Level: 100
Moveset: 1 Wrap // 1 Leer // 5 Thunder Wave // 11 Twister // 15 Dragon Rage // 21 Slam // 25 Agility // 33 Dragon Tail // 39 Aqua Tail // 47 Dragon Rush // 53 Safeguard // 61 Dragon Dance // 67 Outrage
Egg Move: Hyper beam
Tutor: Dragon Pulse // Aqua Tail
Ability: Shed Skin
Personality: Slither is probably the laziest pokemon ever. He hates training, he hates playing, he loves sunning himself in the back yard, or sleeping curled up around whatever is warm, including people or other pokemon. He is curious, if you can get him moving, and will investigate things that catch his attention. And he is actually quite smart, in a lazy sort of way. He'll figure out the easiest, fastest way to win a battle, and do that so that it can be over with.
He refuses to evolve again, because he knows Astrid will teach him fly and he doesn't want to be a taxi.

Squishything the Clefairy
Sex: Female
Type: Normal
Egg Group: Fairy
Level: 100
Moveset: 1 Pound // 1 Growl // 4 Encore // 7 Sing // 10 Doubleslap // 13 Defense Curl // 16 Follow Me // 19 Minimize // 22 // 25 Bestow // 28 Cosmic Power // 31 Lucky Chant // 34 Metronome // 37 Gravity // 40 Moonlight // 40 Body Slam // 43 Stored Power // 47 Light Screen // 49 Healing Wish // 52 After You
Ability: Cute Charm
Personality: Squishything (or Squish) started following Astrid around during a swarm of clefairies, and after a few hours Astrid got annoyed and threw a pokeball at her, and that was that. She's a very energetic, positive and upbeat pokemon who loves spending all her time trying to get the rest of Astrid's team to do the best they possibly ever can! She isn't a great fighter herself, acting more as positive reinforcement for everybody else. And she has found a strange passion in trying to get Slither to actually want to do stuff, a plan that usually fails.

Ball the Wailord
Sex: Female
Type: Water
Egg Group: Field and Water 2
Level: 75
Moveset: 1 Splash // 4 Growl // 7 Water Gun // 11 Rollout // 14 Whirlpool // 17 Astonish // 21 Water Pulse // 24
Mist // 27 Rest // 31 Brine // 34 Water Sport // 37 Amnesia // 46 Dive // 54 Bounce // 62 Hydro Pump // 70 Heavy Slam
Ability: Oblivious
Personality: Ball is a very good sport, and that's really the most important thing about him. He put up with being named Ball, after all. And he deals with Astrid's pokemon using him as a pillow, or standing on him to get a better view, or rolling him down a hill because they think it's funny. He doesn't mind, he even sort of likes being the center of attention.

Spook the Haunter
Sex: Female
Type: Ghost/Poison
Egg Group: Amorphous
Level: 61
Moveset: 1 Hypnosis // 1 Lick // 5 Spite // 8 Mean Look // 12 Curse // 15 Night Shade // 19 Confuse Ray // 22 Sucker Punch // 25 Shadow Punch // 28 Payback // 33 Shadow Ball // 39 Dream Eater // 44 Dark Pulse // 50 Destiny Bond // 55 Hex // 61 Nightmare
Ability: Levitate
Personality: Spook is a jackass and that's really all anyone knows to know. Goddamn ghost.

Rockgrumbler the Shiny Tyranitar
Sex: Female
Type: Rock/Ground
Egg Group: Monster
Level: 75
Moveset: 1 Bite // 1 Leer // 5 Sandstorm // 10 Screech // 14 Chip Away // 19 Rock Slide // 23 Scary Face // 28 Thrash // 34 Dark Pulse // 41 Payback // 47 Crunch // 54 Earthquake // 63 Stone Edge // 73 Hyper Beam
Ability: Guts
Personality: Grumbler is a very solemn, serious pokemon. She tends to march quietly into rooms and cause all shenanigans to come to an immediate end, then sort of glower at everyone as she walks through disapprovingly. She is very dedicated to battling, and tends to be very patient and careful in choosing each of her attacks, and really everything else she does. She is very particular about things, and they always need to be just right.
Now as a Tyranitar, she hasn't lightened up in the least.

Grimglare the Houndoom
Sex: Female Type: Dark/Fire
Egg Group: Field
Level: 55
Moveset: 1 Leer // 1 Ember // 8 Smog // 20 Odor Sleuth // 26 Beat Up // 35 Faint Attack // 45 Foul Play // 50 Flamethrower
Egg Moves: Leer // Fire Fang // Howl // Bite // Roar // Embargo // Sucker Punch
Ability: Early Bird
Personality: Grimglare was literally dropped at Astrid's feet by an excited Flamefur, who had scooped her out of the mass of puppies that had all been born on the justice farm and decided that Astrid was going to keep her. So she did. And she hasn't regretted it, because underneath a calm, friendly, almost peaceful attitude and a tendency to fall asleep on a moment's notice (often using Flamefur as a pillow), Grim loves to battle and train. She's a fantastic fighter, never backing down and sometimes thinking of attacks and plans even before Astrid can. She and Flamefur are almost never in their pokeballs, and can typically be found following Astrid around.

Shadowhound the Mightyena
Sex: Female Type: Dark
Egg Group: Field
Level: 55
Moveset: 1 Tackle // 9 Sand-Attack // 13 Bite // 17 Odor Sleuth // 22 Roar // 27 Swagger // 32 Assurance // 37 Scary Face // 41 Taunt // 47 Embargo // 52 Take Down
Egg Moves: Leer // Fire Fang // Howl
Personality: Shadow was the second dog that Flamefur stole from the mass of puppies and forced Astrid to adopt. She isn't quite as eager about training as Grim, but she does enjoy it because of all the time she gets to spend with Astrid's other two dogs. She's not the best fighter in the world, but she's well behaved and friendly and has a tendency to follow people around if they catch her attention.
Sheep, Other Sheep, and Extra Sheep the Mareep.
